  1. Place the berries,cherries and hazelnuts into the pan when machine beeps.

tsp=5ml teaspoon
tbsp=15ml tablespoon

 

Ingredients

 

For 1kg loaf 
320ml water 
2 tbsp clear honey  
500g unbleached white bread flour 
20g wheat bran 
1 tbsp skimmed milk powder  
1/2 tsp salt  
25g butter  
1/2 tsp easy blend dried yeast
50 dried berries and cherries chopped   
40 skinned hazelnuts, roasted and chopped

For 750g loaf 
270ml water 
2 tbsp clear honey  
400g unbleached white bread flour  
15g wheat bran 
1 tbsp skimmed milk powder 
1/2 tsp salt 
25g butter 
1/2 tsp easy blend dried yeast 
40 dried berries and cherries chopped 
30 skinned hazelnuts, roasted and chopped
