BM450 Program 1 - Basic Bread

Method

  1. Put the egg/eggs into the measuring cup or a jug and add sufficient water to give:
    1kg Loaf 380ml
    750g Loaf 300ml
    500g Loaf 245ml
  2. Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed in the ingredients panel.

Tip
tsp = 5ml teaspoon
tbsp = 15ml tablespoon
