  • Why doesn't my food chopper operate?

    The safety interlock may not be fully engaged. Ensure the lid has been fitted to the bowl correctly and turn clockwise until it locks.

  • How do I clean my food chopper?

    Power Unit
    • Wipe clean with a damp cloth, then dry.

    Lid, Bowl and Knife Blade

    • Wash by hand or placed on the top rack of your dishwasher. (These parts are unsuitable for a steam-steriliser. Instead, use a sterilising solution in accordance to the manufacturers instructions.
  • Parts of my food chopper have discloured, is this nonmal?

    Yes, this is perfectly normal and won't harm the plastic or affect the flavour of your food. Rub with a damp cloth dipped in vegetable oil to remove the discolouration.
