Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • 1/2 cup chopped beetroot
  • 3/4 cup frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoons raw honey 

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into the cup. Secure the lid. 
  2. Place on speed 2 for 20-30 seconds or until smooth. 
  3. Serve. 

Benefits

Raspberries are very high in antioxidants and also contain high levels of fiber, manganese and vitamin C. Other nutrients in raspberries include vitamins B1-3, folic acid, magnesium, copper and iron. 
Beetroots are high in folic acid and fibre.
