Method

  1. Using the Continuous Juice Extractor, juice the peach halves into a large jug. Stir in the grenadine and top up with the sparkling wine.
  2. Serve in individual wine glasses immediately.

3 ripe peaches, halved and stoned
45ml (3 tbsp) grenadine
1 bottle chilled sparkling dry white wine
