Method

  1. Extract the juice from the orange, lime, lemon and grapefruit using the Citrus Juicer. Pour into a large heatproof jug and stir in the sugar.
  2. Add the boiling water and stir well to mix. Cover and leave to cool, then chill for 1-2 hours. Add a few ice cubes and lemon slices, just before serving.

  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1 grapefruit, halved
  • 175g (6oz) sugar
  • 900ml (1½ pints) boiling water
  • ice cubes and lemon slices, to serve
