  • 500g Cooked peeled poatoes
  • 20g Parmesan
  • Salt to taste
  • 175-200g Flour
  • 2 Egg yolks 


  • 20 Basil leaves
  • 20g Pine nuts 
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 20g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil


  1. Place all the ingredients into the bowl
  2. Process
  3. Allow to cool
  4. Dust the work surface with the flour
  5. Place the potato mix onto the surface
  6. Roll into a sausage shape about 3cm thick
  7. Cut into 5cm lozenges 
  8. Heat some water in the saucepan
  9. When the wayer boils place the gnocchi to the water
  10. Cook for 2 minutes
  11. Fish the gnocchi out with a slotted spoon
  12. Drain onto kicthen towl
  13. Place into a serving dish and mix in your sauce and serve


  1. Place all the ingredients into the machine and process for 2 minutes
