Ingredients

 

  • 250g bacon/ham, roughly chopped
  • 60g butter, cut into cubes
  • 1/3 cup plain flour
  • 4 cups full cream milk
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

 

Method

  1. Insert stirring paddle into your Kenwood kCook.
  2. Add bacon. Secure the lid. Place on high temperature, 5 minutes, stirring speed high.
  3. Add butter and flour to your kCook. Secure the lid. Place on high temperature, 3 minutes, stirring speed high.
  4. Add milk to the bowl. Secure the lid. Place on medium temperature, 20 minutes, stirring speed high.
  5. Add cheese to bowl. Secure lid. Pulse until cheese has melted and sauce is smooth.
  6. Pour over pasta and top with extra cheese.
