Ingredients

  • 1 cup flat leaf parsley
  • 1 cup coriander
  • 1/2 cup oregano
  • 1/2 cup good quality olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Attach the food processor to the HIGH outlet on your Kenwood kitchen machine.
  2. Insert the knife blade.
  3. Place all ingredients into the bowl. Secure the lid.
  4. Pulse 8-10 times or until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve with barbecued meats.
