Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower head, cut into florets 
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil 
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Place small handfuls of cauliflower into your Blend-X Pro. Secure the lid.  
  2. Press the ROUGH CHOP function. The cauliflower should resemble small grains of rice. 
  3. Remove cauliflower and set aside. Repeat with remaining cauliflower florets.  
  4. Heat oil in a large fry pan over medium heat.  
  5. Add cauliflower rice and cook for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.  
  6. Serve with your favourite curry or stir-fry.
