  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon black chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 2 soft dried figs, roughly chopped
  • 1 banana


  1. Place all ingredients into the cup. Secure the lid. 
  2. Place on speed 2 for 20-30 seconds or until smooth. 
  3. Serve. 


Almonds: Good for muscle strength and healing                     
Figs and Banana: Contain high amounts of potassium which keep your muscles strong
