Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup chopped kale
  • 1 tablespoon unhulled tahini
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 2 medjool dates, stones removed
  • 1 banana

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into the cup. Secure the lid. 
  2. Place on speed 2 for 20-30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Serve. 

Benefits

Tahini: high in calcium and protien. 
Kale: Super food! Filled with Vitamin A, K and C. Also claimed to have anti-cancer properties.
