Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained, rinsed 
  • 1 large avocado, peeled, stone removed 
  • 1 clove garlic 
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander 
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1 tablespoon unhulled tahini 
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin 
  • Juice of 1 lemon 
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 
  • Sliced vegetables, to serve

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into your Blend-X Pro. Secure the lid.
  2. Press the FINE CHOP function. 
  3. Scrape down the sides of the jug. Secure the lid. 
  4. Press the FINE CHOP function. 
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 
  6. Serve with sliced vegetables.
