No Bake Salted Caramel Slice - MKR

  • 400g plain vanilla cookies 
  • 100g melted butter 
  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate 
  • 1 cup shredded coconut 
  • 3/4 cup caramel condensed milk 
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt flakes


  1.  Line a 20 x 20cm square slice pan. Attach the k-beater and splashguard to your Kenwood kitchen machine. 
  2. Place on low speed. Slowly add cookies to the bowl until roughly crushed. 
  3. Add remaining ingredients. On low speed, mix, until just combined. 
  4. Press into prepared pan. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes. Place in freezer for 30 minutes or until chilled. 
  5. Cut into squares. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
