Tofu Mousse


  • 350g silken (soft) tofu, at room temperature
  • 200g dark chocolate (min 70% cocoa), melted
  • 70ml soy milk


To Serve


  • 1 punnet strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 punnet raspberries, halved 
  • ¼ punnet, fresh baby basil 



  1. Place the silken tofu in the Kenwood Chef Sense food processor attachment and blitz on high speed until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl
  2. On medium speed, slowly pour in the melted chocolate. Once all is incorporated turn the speed of the food processor up to high and blend until completely combined
  3. Reduce the speed of the food processor again and slowly pour in the soy milk, blend until completely combined
  4. Place a few strawberries and raspberries into the bottom of six serving glasses. Spoon over the chocolate mousse and garnish with more berries and baby basil leaves
  5. Serve straight or chill for 30 mins.
