Spanish Salsa Smoothie

Ingredients

2 medium ripe vine tomatoes (approx 175g)
1/2 red pepper, deseeded
1/4 cucumber
1 spring onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp tomato puree
75ml water
A few grinds of black pepper
Pinch Himalayan salt
Dash of Tabasco or lemon juice

Serves: 1

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Method

1. Roughly chop the tomatoes, pepper, cucumber and spring onion before putting in the beaker

2. Add the garlic, tomato puree and water, then season with the salt and pepper and Tabasco or lemon juice

3. Blend until smooth.
