Easy one-pot cooking, with your choice of meat or vegetables
Serves 4 (Using Kenwood Slow Cooker or Curry Cooker)
500g Boneless chicken breast or lamb, cubed (20mm pieces)
500g Your favourite Vegetables, cut into small pieces
1 Jar (Approximately 425g) Cooking sauce
Mix well, and ensue that all ingredients are immersed.
Cook on high for 1 hour for Chicken and Vegetables and 2 hours for red meats such as lamb or beef.
• Ensure that all vegetables are cut into small pieces
• Add frozen green vegetables half an hour before the end of cooking
• For best results brown off the meat in a little butter before adding to the Curry cooker
