This recipe is the first in-store demonstration Kenwood ever did; it was performed by Kenneth Wood himself. In his day he would have also added a whole egg – shell and all! However, these days we choose not to add that extra crunch.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
- Place the all the ingredients into the liquidiser.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture through a sieve into a serving jug.
Chef’s tip: Try adding sparkling water to add an extra fizz.
